Liverpool are keeping tabs on Udineseattacker Luis Muriel.
The young Colombia international has been watched by the Reds for over 18 months.
The Daily Express says Liverpoolboss Brendan Rodgers has been informed he can land Muriel for £20 million.
Muriel scored 12 goals in 25 games last season.
